These guys are the real deal. Great atmosphere with a nice blend of background music that spans different generations of rock and roll, impeccable customer care, and delicious food. What more could you even ask for???? Maybe a chill bar/lounge, and an outdoor smoking area!!!! They have it all here and I can’t wait to come back.

I tried Mugs for the first time after being stuck on a plane for 11 hours with no food or water… so I would have literally ate a rock at that point. I have had pizza in 4 countries and about 25 states, and this was by far the worst I ever had. My wife and I tried several different pieces, thinking something was wrong with our first pieces. This picture is what was left when I decided to throw it away. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. The under side of the cheese was a weird pink color. The pizza tasted sour… I didn’t know pizza could taste sour. The crust was like a dehydrated pop tart, there were pieces that couldn’t be chewed in the pizza that looked similar to smashed porcelain chips. My wife literally thought she was going to throw up after eating a piece. This was a completely awful experience.

I visited Mugs Pizza and Ribs for a quick lunch on a Friday while at work, arriving around 11:30 AM and placing my order at approximately 11:40. I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and potato skins, expecting a typical lunch turnaround time. Unfortunately, my food was not brought out until about 12:25 PM. Due to the delay, I was unable to actually sit and enjoy my meal and had to take most of it to go. I only had time to eat one potato skin, which was noticeably burnt, along with the cheese on top. To be fair, the woman working the bar was polite and did apologize for the wait, which I appreciated. However, there was no communication about the delay beforehand, and the restaurant was not busy—there were roughly 10 people inside at the time. Overall, the extended wait time and lack of communication made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place if you’re on a time crunch, especially during a lunch break. I took the food to go but couldn’t eat it at work so it’s sitting in my car now.

Saturday was our first time ordering food from here. And it certainly won't be our last. We ordered rib tips, half slab of ribs, fried chicken and fries. Our sides we're the Au Gratin potatoes (outstanding), baked potato, side salad and coleslaw. 10/10 would recommend.

Best THIN CRUST pizza in town! They are generous with the toppings. They offer a great, fresh, Caesar Salad. My FAVE pizza is the sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms Thin Crust Pizza. My 2nd FAVE pizza is their chicken pizza (w/ spinach, mushrooms, and basil). Their cheddar jalapeno poppers and fried chicken are also delish. You can order whole chicken pieces (i.e. Breasts, Legs, Wings, and Thighs) OR All Wings. *TO GO / DELIVERY SPOT.* Open Late Night... Open most nights until 3am.
